既然暑假無得飛去日本旅行,那就用旅費去吃最喜歡的Omakase,到訪不同的餐店品嚐各有特色的Omakase也是一件樂事,今次就揀了一間位於銅鑼灣的日本餐廳,很期待…餐廳位於高層,眺望窗外,一望無際,開揚舒服。內設有一枱長長的壽司吧枱,約有十個座位,亦有三張四人枱,骨子企理,環境舒適優雅。一心來吃廚師發辦當然選擇坐壽司吧枱,可邊品嚐美食,邊欣賞師傅的手藝,兼互相交流,珍貴!看看菜單,午餐有六款選擇,其中一款是季節廚師發辦 Seasonal Omakase Set ($680),共有13品,包括有刺身、壽司、雲丹盛、燒物、手卷、甜品和咖啡。唔止呀!所有set menu都有汁物和前菜,大滿足!*******************先上前菜,有冷菠菜和茶碗蒸。切成小段的冷菠菜翠綠幼嫩,頂頭加了些木魚絲,添上鹹鮮。盛載茶碗蒸的餐具相當別緻,厚身保暖,而匙羹可插在碗邊,很方便。蛋蒸製的時間剛好,挺身得來亦相當滑溜,啖啖蛋香,加入蟹肉、魚肉、蝦、鮮菇、銀杏等,配起來鮮甜美味,啖啖教人回味,推介之選!*******************五款刺身陸續出場。以一個精緻的小碗子盛載的真鯛昆布漬,再配了幾朵
