To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昔日家人告訴我加太賀係出名日本食物而且食物非常有質素價錢亦都比較高。當然價錢較高的時候服務質素亦會成正比。今次的體驗由於被門口的燈飾吸引着,而且客人都較多。服務質素很差,經常錯漏單。職員也是滿口鄉音,已經沒有昔日的日本風味及氣氛.... 先來一個-雜錦魚生拼盤重(松) 魚生還算新鮮,賣相還算吸引。再來日本馬瞻刺身-這個價錢不新鮮而且價錢不太合理咁嘅質素仲可以出到比客人最後清酒煮刀貝-水有水味,刀貝有刀貝味。唔熱又唔凍。我認為10多年前佢有堅守日本風既真味同風格,可惜今非昔比不再是昔日一樣
