To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年公司提早係康怡 金工館食冬至飯。頭盤好豐富 ,閃電式俾同事食晒影唔到相。我最鍾意係涼拌皮蛋,川鹵鴨舌 ,同蒜泥白肉配青瓜好特別。北京填鴨 皮好脆,配埋嗰種醬汁好味。酸菜魚係招牌,同事們都想試。 味道好過太二, 加埋紅薯粉連埋湯一齊食。👍🏻咸蛋大虎蝦賣相都幾好。帶子珊瑚蚌,花膠鮑魚海鮮羮做到水平以上薯仔安格斯牛柳粒好惹味,下次可以配飯。個套餐仲有伊麵,上素 ,甜品。我實在太飽,打包返屋企食。 Overall, 今餐大家都滿意,涼拌菜,北京填鴨,酸菜魚同薯仔牛柳粒都可以encore。下次lunch再嚟試吓。
