To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前朋友喺呢楝大廈睇植物，發現咗隔籬呢間食店，呢日咁啱喺呢頭出沒，特登上去試試見到有套餐menu，order 一個餐，就有齊主食、小食同飲品. 主食同小食嘅選擇都幾豐富，牛、雞、魚、蝦、蔬菜都有得揀. 我嘅Combination 係 🐮👅➕🐔➕🍹🔸主食：特製蔥醬煎牛舌丼🐮👅厚切牛舌外層微微香脆，內裡軟腍特製蔥醬惹味，就咁撈飯食就得，拌牛舌食又得丼飯加咗 ‘紅薑片’ 同 ‘沙律菜’ 點綴，視覺效果同健康程度加分✨✨🔸小食：鹽麴唐揚炸雞(3件) 🐔原本想揀燒日本手羽先，點知冇供應跟住揀咗呢個炸雞竟然有驚喜喎鍾意佢冇厚厚嘅炸漿，皮脆之餘，雞肉厚身而且嫩滑，調味亦適中好味得嚟唔會好熱氣😌🔸飲品：柚子雪葩梳打🍹加咗日本柚子雪葩嘅柚子蜜梳打甜酸度、冰量合適，味道好夾主食同小食，飲得舒服😋 估唔到呢間樓上舖帶俾我幾多驚喜✨✨✨今次揀咗嘅食物味道唔錯之餘，地方寬敞，食得舒適，食店佈置又富有東洋風味，除咗提供好多card games 同chess game俾食客玩，仲有部街機喺度免費任玩！非繁忙時段食完嘢仲可以同朋友邊玩邊傾偈！已被bookmark為”可回頭系列” 😊
