To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 先旨聲明,我很少喝珍珠奶茶,不過卻很喜歡在甜品上加鹽,看見這間餐廳的岩鹽黑糖珍珠厚鮮奶有岩鹽,正正打中了我心中的那顆愛鹽的心XD飲品:岩鹽黑糖珍珠奶$32好喝!就是愛那種岩鹽跟黑糖厚鮮奶的特別組合,咸甜交雜的層次感超豐富,而且因為是4.3厚鮮奶所以非常濃郁,口感濃濃又CREAMY,很是好喝。黑糖珍珠則普普吧,味道不算很濃,帶微微黑糖味,甜度適中,跟咸牛奶互助,層次頓時提升了一級。四季春$18(微糖)很便宜,清新的四季春茶底不澀不刺激,入口順而不會令舌頭打結,加入少量的微糖提升了茶的香味,感覺如果再多糖就沒那麼好喝了,微糖剛剛好。

好喝!就是愛那種岩鹽跟黑糖厚鮮奶的特別組合,咸甜交雜的層次感超豐富,而且因為是4.3厚鮮奶所以非常濃郁,口感濃濃又CREAMY,很是好喝。黑糖珍珠則普普吧,味道不算很濃,帶微微黑糖味,甜度適中,跟咸牛奶互助,層次頓時提升了一級。

四季春$18(微糖)

很便宜,清新的四季春茶底不澀不刺激,入口順而不會令舌頭打結,加入少量的微糖提升了茶的香味,感覺如果再多糖就沒那麼好喝了,微糖剛剛好。
