To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做完野跟朋友來探店試試呢間小cafe, 其貌不揚，但入到去絕對驚喜滿滿，係露天既小花園茶座啊，擺滿小盆栽，份外清幽既隱世田園風。食物飲品價錢係中環黎講比預期中平，選擇多樣，飲品除左咖啡，有special tea, special drink, 食物除左沙律，咸食，甜品，比較特別係有幾款唔同口味既乳酪碗，下次再有機會一定要試。我地order左三色蕎麥紅菜頭鮮果沙律 $78，caramel cafe latte 同special tea Anger （桂花雪梨無花果），沙律有我最愛既紅菜頭，仲有青提紅提，士多啤梨同蕃茄，份量還可，咖啡尚算香滑，甜度適中，而熱茶Anger好清香refresh。最貼心既係食物都標註左kcal,蛋白質同脂肪等資訊，好貼心，岩晒注重飲食健康既食客。係輕食輕打卡hea下既好地方。❤️
