To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近腸胃唔掂，唯有去食素食餐廳，點知有驚喜！1. 雪降烤餅snowdrop 完全唔乾身，裡面超多餡，香烤椰菜花、tempeh、茄子，洋蔥，口感好豐富勁滿足。超足料，食一個已經勁飽肚，好滿足！2. Snowdrop upgrade左做套餐---salad bowl 蔬菜好fresh，值得一讚係甜薯條，超甜超好食，食到停唔到口，外脆內軟，一齊食成件事冇咁dry，大推！3. 柳樹沙律碗 Willow 叫左個half half, 一半雜穀米飯，一半雜菜沙律 一上菜已經覺得好吸引，色彩超豐富，有生菜、紅椒、黃瓜、鷹嘴豆波波、烤蒜鹰嘴豆泥..平時真係唔會食到咁健康又豐富，每一啖都好爽脆又健康情，特別係鷹嘴豆波波，外面好脆，裡面又好軟，味道好香，配埋沙拉醬仲正！4. 核桃布朗尼 Brownies Brownies超好吃，超過濃既朱古力味，仲有堅果的口感，配埋薑黃鮮奶咖啡，成餐飯都好滿足，超飽肚。呢間餐廳既素食除左健康，仲要好多選擇好好食，原來素食都可以有好多種類同勁有創意，絕對值得再泥。最重要係我食完呢餐後，之後幾日腸胃都勁健康去到洗手間 🥰🥰
