Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 內唔中都會黎幫親一遊,因為佢個set lunch menu會成日轉,次次食倒唔同既野,有新鮮感。天氣涷左,所以選擇左個熱食既牛脷set。 前菜 - 有骨三文魚:有骨,但係冇碟比你棄置,要自己揾紙巾包住,比我扣左少少衛生分。 我覺得冇骨既前菜會方便大家囉。 三文魚涷既,所以有少少硬。味道還可以,不過我自己就鍾意食之前食過既前菜。 麵豉湯:今次係咸左D,不過夠熱,所以好暖胃。 汁煮牛脷:熱辣辣,好!牛脷啉得黎有口感,好正。個味校得好好,唔會太濃,食落好舒服。配菜都好入味。大家不妨試下。
