Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今朝去左九龍灣處理啲野，早左黎到一於食個早餐先，搵到呢間喱埋係工商大廈新開既日式餐廳，早餐好多選擇決定試下😊除左常見既bagel同湯麵之外，呢度竟然有飯食！👍😮我叫咗個照燒三文魚飯配榛子咖啡走奶～個餐係一個托盤咁樣上，除咗主食仲有麵豉湯同漬物，好精緻👏 真係好有以前喺日本旅行食早餐嘅感覺❤️麵豉湯唔會過鹹， 有好多菇同昆布(已經飲左一半架啦😂) 幾足料👍三文魚柳大條肉厚，燒得靚仔，魚皮香脆，配埋甜甜地嘅照燒汁好正😋榛子咖啡香濃👍(呢度有齊兩款我熱愛既coffee syrup👉hazelnut & caramel😍)可能因為過咗早餐最繁忙嘅時段同埋餐廳仲係試業中所以人流唔多，不過都真心希望佢可以繼續做落去，因為感受到餐廳既製作幾用心❤️ 加油！💪💪
