To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這幾個星期都在牛頭角返工,放工後就和同事附近的金記冰室吃過簡單的晚餐。餐廳主要用QR code下單,操作簡易方便。菠蘿咕嚕肉,第一次在冰室餐廳食到有水準的咕嚕肉,特別選用半肥瘦的肉排烹製,搭配青紅椒、菠蘿、提子乾,味道酸酸甜甜,而且份量不少,三個人share就剛剛好。鐵板美式什扒,份量的確重量級,有豬扒、牛扒、雞扒、腸仔、煙肉,搭配蒜蓉汁份外惹味,並用以西蘭花、炸薯條、蕃茄仔伴碟,份量大,性價比高,質量也不錯。金記三文治,麵包切邊,牛油麵包烤到香脆,加入生菜、蕃茄、火腿、餐肉、雞蛋、芝士等材料,一口咬下去層次分明,口感豐富多樣。金記炸雞髀,雞髀尺寸非常大隻,炸得金黃酥脆,醃製的味道亦恰到好處,不但無雪味,而且肉嫩可口,非常值得推薦。蛋白杏仁茶,很久沒有飲過杏仁茶,但這次實在有驚喜,蛋白棉滑有口感,杏仁味道香濃,值得一讚。
