Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚好想食小炒，所以兩口子就到了坑口村我們點了:口水雞加辣 : 上枱的口水雞，賣相相當好， 麻辣汁紅紅的，連隔離枱的食客都好奇問是什麼菜，雞肉肉質都算滑，麻辣汁都好有麻味，不只是有色且有味的，只是雞皮多點毛千層咕嚕肉: 炒得好干身，咕嚕肉吃落真的好有層次感，外層仲好脆，而且不吝嗇，有齊青紅黃椒及波羅，汁又不會太酸，那麼有層次感相信是將咕嚕肉卷起加脆漿才炸，好味 金銀蛋莧菜: OK . 令人覺得有驚喜的咕嚕肉, 讚
