The tatami room can be reserved, and I really appreciate having a private space; I was already excited before tasting the food! The service is excellent, with attentive staff who proactively refill tea and tidy up, creating a comfortable atmosphere.😊
**Appetizer (Chilled Jellyfish)**: The jellyfish is refreshingly crunchy, paired beautifully with the crispness of seaweed, complemented by the sweet flavors of radish and cucumber. The addition of sesame enhances the aroma, and the seasoning is just right, making it a great starter.😆

The fish is thick, rich, and fresh, with an exquisite taste that leaves a lasting impression. They also offer various types of sashimi daily, depending on the freshness and shipments from Japan. The seasonal sushi chosen by the manager is beautifully presented, with generous portions of sea urchin and fish roe, offering a fresh and delectable experience.😋
The restaurant primarily offers private dining rooms, but walk-in guests can also enjoy meals at a few tables or the bar in the lobby. The menu is impressively diverse, featuring sushi, sashimi, skewers, noodles, fried items, and sake, all thoughtfully presented in a setting reminiscent of a traditional Japanese izakaya.🤤🤤
I particularly enjoyed the seasonal **Sanma Sashimi**, which I initially thought would be fishy, but with the staff's recommendation to pair it with their tangy sauce, it turned out to be surprisingly sweet and refreshing. The **Ankimo** (monkfish liver) is known as the foie gras of the sea, offering a melt-in-your-mouth experience that is simply delightful.😝
Another standout dish was the **Slow-Cooked Beef Tongue Salad**, which retained its tenderness thanks to the slow-cooking process, with a sweet, savory flavor that kept getting better. The **Assorted Vegetables Tempura** were light and crunchy, with the tempura batter fried to a perfect golden color.😆
Finally, the **Crab Meat Fried Rice** was a showstopper, generously packed with crab meat and crab roe, making each bite bursting with flavor. The fried rice is not greasy, and when mixed with the rich crab roe, it creates an unforgettable culinary experience.💯
