To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前經過大家樂見到新出抹茶西多士,但有啲擔心抹茶醬同西多士會勁奇怪,後來有個吃貨朋友向我狂推介話好食,咁岩下午請左假有野搞,就順便試下,抹茶西多士 + 細份沙律 + 低糖凍綠茶,然後見到可以加$7要碗香芋紫米露喎,我本身好鍾意食紫米露,加上咁抵食!佢西多士用圓鐵板上,成件事高級左,熱辣辣,一切開,啲抹茶醬流曬出黎,馬上放入口,個抹茶醬其實真心唔錯,唔死甜,帶些少抹茶香,西多士好食,真係無諗過抹茶醬西多士都幾出色啵!但一望個鐵板,嘩!油浸咁勁多油呀!雖然我知係油炸,但我未食過咁過份,之前食開既西多士都唔會油浸咁誇張,多數既都乾身帶少少油亮面,好靚仔。然後我同朋友講,佢就話次次荃灣食,次次都係乾身,未試過多油到咁誇張,所以我就當只係特別呢間分店既問題。值得一讚係個香芋紫米露,甜度剛好,椰汁既比例又剛好,呢碗糖水好好食,出面既糖水舖,一係太甜,一係太稀。

佢西多士用圓鐵板上,成件事高級左,
熱辣辣,一切開,啲抹茶醬流曬出黎,
馬上放入口,個抹茶醬其實真心唔錯,
唔死甜,帶些少抹茶香,西多士好食,
真係無諗過抹茶醬西多士都幾出色啵!
但一望個鐵板,嘩!油浸咁勁多油呀!

值得一讚係個香芋紫米露,甜度剛好,
椰汁既比例又剛好,呢碗糖水好好食,
出面既糖水舖,一係太甜,一係太稀。
