To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有驚喜的燒雞三味丼

已有約一個月冇去荷里活，每次黎都會想食丼丼屋，今次要購物自然都會諗起丼丼屋！平時7：30pm 實有堆人等緊位，今次出奇地少人...可能係星期日晚少人外出，亦可能因最近新聞受影響...難得少人我地照食！平時都會被滑蛋類丼吸引，但今次想食香口野，第一次試下燒雞肉三味丼$88， 估唔到好有驚喜！～跟餐有一碟小配菜，有蔥、wasabi、紫菜絲，可以伴飯一齊食！而燒雞肉燒到有炭燒味，但肉質保持嫩滑，好開胃！跟餐有一壺清湯，可以倒入碗變湯飯，再加配菜伴食，個人好喜歡，而且有越食越想食嘅感覺！屋企人叫左牛肉壽喜燒親子丼$98 ＋ 錢變套餐，滑蛋控絕對喜愛！酥炸魷魚每次食都咁好味～！難得少人可以影下新裝修後的環境～！
