To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有驚喜的西環街坊小店

今天到西環，我與老婆約了朋友見面，當然要選擇一間甜品店一邊食甜品一邊聊天。最後在openrice 內搜尋到這一間甜品店。本身朋友也是住西環，但沒有試過一間甜品店。晚上9點到，應該因為時間還早，所以店內沒有任何食客。坐下後，就翻了一翻餐牌點甜品。在餐牌中不難找到很多特別的甜品，如日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕等等，不是周圍也可以食到的。最後與朋友點了三個甜品。日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕焗朱古力梳乎厘伴朱古力雪糕 (由於朱古力雪糕賣晒，所以轉了綠茶，而店主另送一個蕨餅以示歉意)鮮芒香蕉配雪糕各個甜品均有不錯的水準，特別是那個日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕的蕨餅，口感一流。在進食時，店主的小朋友(約5歲)跟熱情的跟我們玩及聊天，隨之店主也跟我們聊天起來，我們也樂在其中。

各個甜品均有不錯的水準，特別是那個日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕的蕨餅，口感一流。
在進食時，店主的小朋友(約5歲)跟熱情的跟我們玩及聊天，隨之店主也跟我們聊天起來，我們也樂在其中。
