門面好似cafe,但原來係食越南菜‼️天氣咁凍,當然要食越式湯粉🍜「蕃茄蝦頭膏海鮮金邊粉」湯頭濃厚鮮甜,真係用新鮮蕃茄,唔係用茄膏,味道好refreshing ,再有埋蝦頭嘅甘甜香,成個湯勁好味當中仲有蜆肉、八爪魚、蝦,不過呢啲都唔係重點,個湯底先至係主角❤️「上等手切牛柳湯粉」用左多款材料熬製個牛湯,味道濃郁而不油膩牛柳肉質最嫩,用手切方式令到更有口感‼️「炭燒豬頸肉」首先要讚下切嘅厚度好完美肉質爽口有彈性有肉汁,圍邊燒到滿滿嘅炭燒香呢個炭燒豬頸肉極力推介,同埋趁熱食係最正❤️
