To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

8號風球老公唔使返工，我們瞓到2點幾好肚餓，揸車出去食嘢，見茶木有開又唔使等位咪入去食。因為我一直都好想食佢嘅雪糕層層疊，所以淨係叫咗一碗香辣牛肉麵兩份食，牛肉超林，超入味，佢係用牛𦟌部位，所以好好味，有紅蘿蔔和白蘿蔔都好甜，麵條好煙un，好有口感，袋底好香濃好鮮味，成碗麵辣辣地真係好正之後叫咗黑糖紅豆綠茶冰淇淋層層疊，一直都好想食，今日終於食到啦！超開心，麵包每一塊都好外脆內軟和有練奶，有吉士cream，綠茶雪糕好香濃的綠茶味，紅豆好甜，有幾粒士多啤梨，真係超級正又勁好味
