To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老闆娘超好人，一入去就點左幾味大㕑師推介，菜式有驚喜，大酒樓級水準，親民價錢。推介大家去試下。 最愛胡椒豬肚雞&烤魚，識食一定揀江豚，出面食來食去都係鯇魚同多寶魚，這種江豚就係少見，雖然都係淡水魚，入口冇泥味，又滑又野味，唔似鯇魚咁煮耐d就老晒。記得加埋寬粉👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻口感彈牙，同一般薯粉唔同，大大條，老婆大人話吸晒d湯汁，超好味。 甜品竟然有拔絲香蕉（唔係時時有嫁）,估唔到咁都畀我遇上，同時回憶，加晒分。
