好姊妹早前曾吃過一間水準高的Omakase,說我必定喜歡,於是今天午膳時間帶我到這間位於銅鑼灣駱克駅27樓的「鮨逸」,剛進入地下升降機大堂便看到大大的餐廳廣告燈箱。店內裝潢以日式木系為主,除了面對廚師的十多張高椅外,店內還有數張四人座位。剛坐下來,店員便奉上熱茶和毛巾,十分細心。由姊妹決定點了季節の廚師發板。前菜:蒸茄子橫切茄子上放上不少木魚絲,肉質多汁軟腍,帶點鹹味。茶碗蒸蒸蛋嫩滑,還有新鮮蟹肉、魚肉、蟹柳、昆布、銀杏、香菇,材料十足。刺身油甘魚薄切油甘魚味道香甜,上面放小菊花和碎蔥花,加上醋汁,帶出鮮味。平目魚昆布漬即左口魚,加上紫蘇花和柚子醬汁,加添鮮香。琵琶蝦外型特別,廚師提醒要趁熱食,蝦味香濃。岩手縣米崎真蠔蠔肉十分飽滿,蠔味濃厚,非常鮮甜。牡丹蝦取出蝦膏略煮後跟蝦肉一起吃,蝦肉彈牙、蝦膏甘香,每口鮮味。希靈魚天婦羅酥脆表皮,加上少許鹽後,口感美味。櫻花蝦沙律香脆的櫻花蝦配沙律,多了一份層次感和新鮮感。吃過沙律後便是壽司出場:沖繩花竹蝦廚師從魚缸裏取出,非常新鮮,肉質爽甜。大溝貝廚師說因大溝貝處理時仍是活的,所以要用刀拍打肉身,讓其收縮,食落爽脆清甜。鯖魚新鮮鯖魚,蓋著肌之雪
