📍今日去咗長沙灣食呢間人氣西班牙菜小店,座位唔多,店員好熱情,會詳細介menu嘅嘢食俾我哋~Tapas有三款口味可樂餅($20),分別係蘑菇松露、蟹肉、墨汁魷魚,各叫咗一件嚟試吓。上到嚟會建議順次序由淡味開始至到濃味食(蘑菇松露>蟹肉>墨汁魷魚),蘑菇松露味道有啲似蘑菇湯,蟹肉就比較creamy,最鍾意係蜜汁魷魚,比較濃味,而且入邊仲有魷魚粒,口感最好!西班牙紅蝦飯($328)就會有店員幫手切開蝦頭,再將蝦膏汁唧入飯再撈埋食,成個飯嘅蝦味都好濃香,紅蝦蝦肉都鮮甜。另外叫咗份西班牙黑毛豬鞍肉($168),會配青醬同埋南瓜蓉,第一次試用嚟配豬食味道都幾夾,同埋豬肩鞍都好軟熟。Sangria red & white ($88) 必點飲品!前者味道個酒香味比較濃郁,後者就更加散發到個果香味,兩款都各有特色幾好飲。
