To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩口子本身諗住去附近嘅蘭苑x館食晚飯，但去到門口佢竟然話是晚粉麵飯暫停。唯有喺附近兜個圈睇下食乜好，見到呢間紅橋餐廳，價錢幾吸引，又免加一，反正不太餓就普普通通食個意粉啦～卡邦尼海蝦燴意粉 $73老公揀咗套餐C, 餐跟沙律、蘑菇忌廉湯及凍飲。有點似食緊窩蛋牛肉飯一樣, 自己攪勻啲蛋。整體嚟講意粉軟硬適中，蝦煎得好香口，卡邦尼汁濃厚，食到有啲漏。黑松露忌廉汁野菌海蝦帶子意粉 $60我就想叫咗個意粉加12蚊升級配湯及凍飲。黑松露味濃，帶子比較細粒，海蝦煎得幾香口，個汁好creamy。
