6. 北海道壽司
原來白海膽會比馬糞海膽更清甜,
落咗d淡雪鹽提升鮮味,又唔會搶咗海膽嘅甜味👍🏻
每年九月海膽繁殖期,九月嘅海膽更罕有,而且味道未必夠甜,但我地今日食呢個好甜。

跟住係昆布湯烏冬,厚文烏冬比較幼條,口感似拉麵。
最後甜品係綠茶蕨餅,都夠煙韌Q彈。

total上咗15款野,每位都係600蚊有找,以omakase嚟講,唔止質素高,仲好抵食。
