To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係Openrice見到新開,地點又方便我同屋企人,純粹志在搵個地方,無諗過有驚喜,食材新鮮好味又好玩,價錢合理~朋友前一日食過提我6:30前去攞位,如果唔係佢排長龍;原來佢係同牛角/牛涮涮鍋同一集團,但佢無限時食,我見每枱平均食個半鐘就走~有套餐$168/$278/$378可揀(套餐有蟹腳,見隔離枱嘅都好大隻),無研究套餐或散叫抵d,但因為我主力食牛,所以散叫~一人一鍋,湯底叫咗12種之藥膳香鍋$39,侍應會拎一盤藥材(集松子仁、紅棗、杞子、草果、蓮子、花椒、金針等)逐樣放少少落你嘅鍋~ 我幾鍾意呢個湯,可能有花椒,飲完好暖身~ 另外一個叫咗骨膠原柚子塩湯$29,骨膠原就唔多覺,但個湯好聞到柚子香同有柚子絲~D肉送到黎已眼可見肉色好新鮮,雖然佢一兜得5塊左右,但好大塊同切得ok厚~叫咗M9和牛肩脊肉$79,呢個encore再encore咗好多碟,因好有咬感好味~上級牛肋肉$59,呢個都好食好淋,但我自己鍾意有咬感的所以狂encore M9和牛肩脊肉$~淮山卷$25呢個又係encore再encore咗好多碟,好新鮮彈牙~炸豆腐魚餅$25,好滑好味~葛絲$15好味好滑到"先"落黎,幾難夾,

日本直送生菜$22,真係好新鮮好爽,又再encore~

巨鋒活乳酸提子梳打,好味,唔記得幾錢~

紅豆雪糕夾餅$25,雪糕普通,但個夾餅好脆~

芒果布甸$25,好味,特別我唔鍾意加奶,所以呢個好重芒果味~

佢無海鮮,可能要keep住專注其他食物嘅水準;同可惜佢無我最喜歡嘅響鈴~

新店已變我最喜歡食店之一,會再常黎,希望佢繼續keep住水準~
