Restaurant: Fresh Fish Soup (Ho Pong Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左四寶墨魚麵+ 炸雞翼四寶墨魚麵: 加10蚊有墨魚麵, 黑色的, 粗身的, 食落去係爽身的, 質感好怪, 但無乜墨魚味。墨魚丸有驚喜! 入面好多墨魚肉, 係睇得到是墨魚個身體來的, 亦有墨魚肉鮮味, 很好! 魚蛋就正正常常,魚腐無食, 但朋友話好食魚卷好食, 係炸的, 都幾油架, 但浸左湯還OK。可惜落太多紫菜, 湯底似紫菜湯多D, 蓋了魚湯味。炸雞翼:炸得乾爽, 唔會太油, 香口。

四寶墨魚麵:
