平日啲人一提帝苑就多數只提佢既自助餐，但原來係自助餐區既外圍有間意式餐廳隱藏左係個度。Sabatini係一間味道唔錯、環境及裝潢都保留傳統意式風味既餐廳。佢既菜式擺盤都唔花巧，整齊企理既傳統西餐擺法。睇落平凡既菜色，係估唔到佢既味道出眾，令人有驚喜。好似牛肉蛋花清湯，睇落平平無奇既清湯，飲落就有好香既牛肉味。慢煮牛面脥，係上菜前都會擔心會唔會好羶。到食既時候估唔到質地係咁軟熟同咁入味，一啲羶味都無。與其花錢食裝修食新派擺盤，我會選擇花錢係有心機保留原味、保持味道既廚師身上。
