To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每一次嚟，都會有唔同嘅新食材，感覺新鮮同驚喜👍。今日嚟到，又坐卡座😏，女人最開心啦😀。迴轉寿司🍣，唔係坐迴轉枱會開心啲🤔，佢話迴轉啲嘢，都唔知轉咗幾耐😓，所以都係 order 好啲😀。海膽好鮮甜，未見出水，但係塊紫菜都係腍嘅😓。麵豉湯我都只係想飲湯😁。個煮蠔好好味，湯汁同蠔好夾，隻蠔細細隻，但係好鮮甜😋😋😋。牛油果🥑軟殼蟹🦀卷，食完唔會太油👍。三文魚籽都新鮮，好味道😋。其他都係不過不失啦😁。
