To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以往試過的社企餐廳，不論日式還是西式，仍然很「港式」。想不到初嚐「演講」為我帶來驚喜。午餐四道菜，以$2XX的價錢，很化算。頭盤：風乾火腿絲雜菜沙律，配番茄及松子主菜：牛柳 - 看到身旁的人點了這菜，一切開，漂亮的紅色肉，肉質很好，忍不住來了一頓。外面煎得香脆，medium rare 剛剛好，一切開軟軟的😍友人點的鴨腿配藜麥，鴨的味道濃濃的，配上健康的菜蔬除了餐飲外還有甜品：菠蘿雪芭大滿足！順帶一提的就是他們的服務，態度非常優秀，他們在遠處看到你便會立刻過來。不時留意你水杯的水，並經常為你添。很久沒有享受過香港人服務西菜能有此等貼心的服務態度！👍🏾
