喺旺角呢間拉麵店,其實都好多年一直都卻步冇入過去試吓,今日有時間鼓起勇氣入去,又比到驚喜我喎。叫得和牛拉麵屋,咁佢主打都係和牛。另外佢熱賣嘅係蝦湯拉麵。但係我今次叫咗呢款三色拉麵,有齊A4和牛、雞叉燒、豬腩叉燒,可以試曬幾種配搭。A4和牛叉燒,完全係A4和牛燒肉嘅味道,入口油香爆發。豬腩叉燒平平,但係都用火炙過,香氣撲鼻。雞胸叉燒就最有驚喜,驚喜在佢嘅調味係甜豉油烤過嘅味道,十分惹味。而咁濃味嘅配料就一定要配返重口味嘅湯先至襯托得到。濃厚味噌蝦湯有三種唔同嘅蝦再用八個鐘頭熬煮而成,再加入高級味噌,所以口味會偏鹹少少,但係一啲都唔會過份。拉鍊已經包咗紫菜同味玉,味玉都入晒味,仲keep到流心嘅效果。其實你仲會見到有一隻雲吞,係鳳尾蝦雲吞,我額外加落去嘅。雲吞入邊係原隻鳳尾蝦,都值得一試。
