.今日朋友生日特登同佢去尖沙咀食飯,知道佢鍾意食日本嘢特登book咗間omakase 。八瀧 廚師發板,地址喺尖沙咀白蘭軒道2號富峰行3樓,餐廳地方闊落, 裝修整潔,坐低感覺已經好舒適。餐廳主打有櫻花雪景,氣氛浪漫。前菜有三款,第一個係日本海膽豆腐 ,入口香甜幼滑海膽味香濃,第二個機燒鮑魚食落去有咬口,味道鮮甜,第三個水母刺身,入口爽脆味道好鮮甜。象拔蚌配白粟米湯,白粟米湯味道清甜令到象拔蚌嘅鮮味更突出,爽脆香甜。北海道牡丹蝦,第一次食用蝦殼煮出嚟嘅蝦汁,入口極度鮮甜,蝦膏香味停留喺口中不散,配返新鮮爽口嘅牡丹蝦真係冇得頂,呢個係一定要試青森縣鮟康魚肝,入口味道甘香,幼滑細膩。天婦羅海膽拿破崙賣相勁靚仔,上枱時灑上淡雪鹽,帶出一個飄雪嘅感覺,入口海膽味鮮甜淡雪鹽令到鮮味更突出,中間用紫菜做一個天婦羅,入口香脆底層仲有拖羅幾種鮮味配搭一齊味道好有層次。日本魚喜知次,魚皮燒到極脆,魚肉入口即化,鮮嫩滑順,豐富嘅脂肪令到魚味更加香濃,魚脂四溢,口感香甜味道有層次。
