今日去咗一直都想去的餐廳食飯,由於時間尚早,唔駛等就可以入座。餐牌的班戟款式比較多,揀咗一款鹹一款甜的班戟。🔸墨西哥辣豆醬班戟班戟新鮮,餅底微濕,唔會乾身,墨西哥辣豆醬唔辣但配上微甜班戟很惹味。芝士唔羶,沙律菜新鮮,腸仔和焗薯皮脆內軟。🔸士多啤梨流漿班戟看似平凡的流漿班戟其實要好有技巧咁處理,我運用陰力將膠片向上拉,奶蓋和士多啤梨漿如瀑㳍般瀉下。切開後,見到兩層厚鬆餅的班戟,密度較高,而中間夾住一層厚厚又唔太甜的吉士醬。班戟我通常係食甜,今次我比較鍾意鹹班戟。

看似平凡的流漿班戟其實要好有技巧咁處理,我運用陰力將膠片向上拉,奶蓋和士多啤梨漿如瀑㳍般瀉下。
切開後,見到兩層厚鬆餅的班戟,密度較高,而中間夾住一層厚厚又唔太甜的吉士醬。

班戟我通常係食甜,今次我比較鍾意鹹班戟。
