To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同家人(3大人+1bb)在Yoho mall行完街,搵地方食下午茶,見到這間店門幾靚、幾大咁,覺得應該坐得幾舒服。當日都有1/3客人,好快被安排入座,不過bb櫈就是可能得一張,所以侍應俾左墊高的小孩櫈(無安全帶)俾我個1歲仔仔,好彩我地自己有私家的。有bb的家庭需要留意下。食物方面,我地叫左4個下午茶餐+2件cake(諗住當午餐), 分別係雞扒烏冬、菠蘿火腿pizza, 煙三文魚意粉、生果沙律。烏冬份量算ok, 味道也不錯。菠蘿火腿pizza份量尚可,不過質量差一點,很軟身,賣相麻麻。生果沙律味道一般,不是罐頭生果,不過也不算新鮮。意粉賣相可以,份量卻少得可憐,唔知係唔係我比較大食,基本上是食5-6口已經完成。飲品方面,份量、味道尚可。至於蛋糕方面,以下午茶餐可以加半價揀蛋糕,cake 的份量ok,其中Oreo cake 味道不錯,cheesecake 就偏淡。埋單$365,每人$120左右,以份量、味道計,唔太抵。
