因為呢間係全港唯一一間米之連鐵板燒,所以要黎試下,dinner set menu 得一個,所以就揀左佢。先黎個前菜生蠔配海膽魚子,不過不失,再黎個甘鯛魚,個魚鱗炸得好脆,配埋sauce好好食。之後再有個藍龍蝦,個汁夠哂濃味,配埋個意粉係絕配。再上個鮑魚,相比之下,個鮑魚就比下去,冇特別既汁,用返鮑魚肝既汁去煎,冇驚喜都唔特別。然後就係和牛,因為我唔食牛,同行友人既comment 係…冇入口即溶嗰種感覺,都冇好香既牛味,普通左啲,而我就食左個煎帶子,我覺得個帶子剛剛好,冇煎到全熟,外脆內軟。最後就係個櫻花蝦白飯魚仔炒飯,個飯係炒得好乾身,但因為因為櫻花蝦同白飯魚仔落得太多,搞到個飯既口感係硬,有小小唔覺有似食緊飯。個龍蝦湯都不過不失,偏咸。甜品係蜜瓜,非常juicy,仲好甜。整體黎講個甘鯛魚同藍龍蝦係最出色,其他都普通左啲。因為佢係米之連,所以對佢有所期望,心嗰句,鐵板燒·鑄都未值米之連呢個頭銜。
