Char Siu wagyu- still at the experimental stage but Chef wanted our input. The BBQ char siu marinade followed the recipe of Chef Kwok (nicknamed 叉燒文) of China Club. Here, Mok San decided to use the less fatty cut of Tenderloin. Downside: a bit too chewy for me and no marbling whatsoever. 這是一間需要訂枱落訂的餐廳,原訂了10月8日午餐,可惜天意弄人,當天中午開始掛8號風球,餐廳不營業,於是改到10月21日午餐。我哋原本諗住叫一個 seafood lunch set同IM special lunch,但係當天沒有鵝肝只能用鴨肝取代,而我最主要想吃嘅係A5和牛🐮,所以叫了 seafood set同chef’s special再加A5和牛。先嚟嘅三文魚籽蒸蛋,滿滿的三文魚籽,卜卜脆,內裏非常鹹,非要和蛋一起吃才稍微減輕一點鹹味。食物還未烹調的樣子首先第一道鐵板燒的菜是虎頭蝦,肉厚實。之後係甘鯛魚,呢個係吸引我到來一試的原因。把pan放在鐵板上,用近200度的油,把魚皮魚鱗向pan底放,出嚟既效果係魚滑鱗脆,魚鱗好似薯片咁,南瓜忌廉汁非常美味,淡淡的恰如其分另整個菜的味道錦上添花。只可惜我的魚有一部份黏左係pan到,食少左部份魚鱗,可惜可惜。鮑魚好生猛大隻,即使放左係枱面十多分鐘,落鐵板時仲會郁動,配合肝醬,肉質厚實但不太靭,味道不俗。Chef's special的牛肉薄燒,配合內裏的炸蒜及蔥,再沾點麻醬及豉油,牛肉鬆化,加上蔥蒜的惹味,非常好味。medium的A5和牛柳配合

之後係甘鯛魚,呢個係吸引我到來一試的原因。把pan放在鐵板上,用近200度的油,把魚皮魚鱗向pan底放,出嚟既效果係魚滑鱗脆,魚鱗好似薯片咁,南瓜忌廉汁非常美味,淡淡的恰如其分另整個菜的味道錦上添花。只可惜我的魚有一部份黏左係pan到,食少左部份魚鱗,可惜可惜。

我們一行四人,想試吓米芝蓮一星的鐵板燒,一早訂了位,因為這晚沒有太多人,安排了一間房給我們。食物的確好食!但招呼就真係麻麻,等於港式餐廳的一般。好似,買叫了一支rose酒,侍應不會先開一少少俾我試,因為這支酒原來有苦澀味,他們拒絕換另一支酒俾我。進食時,他們也不會主動為我們碗碟,又不會主動問我們食物如何。其實我覺得他們的食物是要好味的,但真係好可惜,他們的招呼令到今次的體驗失分。希望他們可以改善。
