今次我叫左個鰻魚飯,飯入面有蔬菜、兩舊玉子同塊鰻魚加一兜白飯,然後佢個餐係包嘢飲同埋一個沙律。就咁睇落啲汁就少左啲,有啲dry。😪
但係最令我失望嘅係個鰻魚,鰻魚啲肉質好乾,又乾又「un」,似係放左好耐咁,完全冇左鰻魚果種油脂嘅甘香。個鰻魚汁其實都唔差嘅,但係唔知係咪鰻魚嘅口感太差,所以整體都扣曬分。🤥
之後個沙律都係普普通通,醬係麻醬嚟,整體嚟講都幾新鮮。🤠
不過個鰻魚飯真係沒有下次了。😪😪😪

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
