To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有點失望

突登行過來幫襯卻有點失望。。。。。。。點了一份珠記招牌炒飯，有紅腸絲、火腿絲、叉燒絲、蛋絲炒成。。。。飯底豉油底，還有鹽。。真心咸，仲食到鹽粒😨 仲見到些白飯。。點解唔兜匀啲。。。而且炒得唔係好香，油左d.....如果打正名號說是招牌炒飯。。。咁既料真係令人好失望下，招牌唔係強勁啲㗎咩？原來都係嗰啲急凍醃制才料。。。。。朋友點的干炒牛意，影落好似好大碟。。。眼見好細份。。。說牛肉好靭！幾注就無左。。少得可憐。。
