To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慶祝生日的一餐，整體感受很一般食物選擇不多，整體質素配不上價格得甜品同埋迷你和牛好飽可以encore凍龍蝦可以任取，味道okay冇新鮮生蠔，焗生蠔味道都算okay刺身麻麻地雖然係103層，但實際上冇咩view整體空間非常小，可能適合下午茶多d. 唔係好岩正餐換碟加水都很及時不過最失望的係今次係幫人慶祝生日，臨時離開去洗手間的時候，竟然叫壽星公埋單⋯⋯非常surprise. 完全唔應該發生既服務失誤，大扣分！Book檯既係我的名，又有寫明係慶生，現場都有正確比壽星公蛋糕，點解仲會發生叫壽星公埋單的事⋯⋯
