聽朋友講話祥仔入邊嘅廚師係好出名,所以我哋就特登嚟試吓佢嘅港式茶餐廳風味,餐牌上嘅菜式都同茶餐廳差唔多不過高級少少兩個人食叫咗一個慢煮牛脷鮮茄意粉、腸仔脆脆豬扒飯同埋瑞士雞翼。瑞士雞翼食落有啲驚喜,因為佢除咗普通嘅瑞士汁之外仲有啲花椒嘅味道,食落有少少麻痹幾得意,雞翼都煮到輕鬆骨肉分離,恰到好處。如圖中所見鮮茄意粉同埋豬扒飯個汁係一樣嘅、除咗酸酸地之外冇咩特別,有少少失望。不過牛脷就真係煮得好腍,入口非常鬆軟,而且佢亦都切得夠厚身,所以口感一流。另外塊吉列豬扒亦都真係夠脆夠厚身,不過個人就覺得佢乾咗少少。不過服務方面就真係可以再改善,每次想搵人落單攞杯水或者埋單都要叫好耐,多數都係要靠女經理經過先有人睬我哋,其他侍應都好似好忙咁唔知做咩🤷🏽‍♂️

兩個人食叫咗一個慢煮牛脷鮮茄意粉、腸仔脆脆豬扒飯同埋瑞士雞翼。瑞士雞翼食落有啲驚喜,因為佢除咗普通嘅瑞士汁之外仲有啲花椒嘅味道,食落有少少麻痹幾得意,雞翼都煮到輕鬆骨肉分離,恰到好處。

不過服務方面就真係可以再改善,每次想搵人落單攞杯水或者埋單都要叫好耐,多數都係要靠女經理經過先有人睬我哋,其他侍應都好似好忙咁唔知做咩🤷🏽‍♂️
