差不多每次來長洲也會到張記吃一碗河粉,這次也不例外。先來的炸魚皮,略為偏硬,還是乖乖的先放在湯頭稍稍浸軟才吃為妙。另外也點了魚蛋墨丸河,先舀一口湯,表面有少許魚皮碎屑浮着,味道鮮甜卻不帶腥味,較坊間一般粉麵鋪那種淡而無味的湯頭做得好。魚蛋雖然腍身,欠缺彈牙口感,但魚味卻十分濃郁。墨魚丸在細嚼下吃到一股芹菜的清香,原來裡頭混有細碎的芹菜粒,墨魚跟芹菜的配搭倒是第一次嚐到,令我有點驚喜。
