To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

｛ 乾 炒 牛 河 ｝正呀喂！唔知係咪餓得濟，個乾炒牛河特別好味！話說今日忙得濟三點三先有時間食晏，唯有去 #輝記小炒 食個下午茶啦，二話不說嗌左最愛嘅乾炒牛河，事關隔住個廚房都聽到啲鑊氣呀！唔講以為係摩打手，落單前後唔洗幾分鐘有得食，熱辣辣果然鑊氣十足呀！啲洋蔥係甜嘅！不過確實確實有啲太油，唯有趁後生好食多幾碟⋯｛ 菠 蘿 雞 粒 炒 飯 ｝菠蘿、雞粒、飯，粒粒分明，加埋啲鑊氣，擺埋一齊互相配合，恰到好處，成就出一碟食完想再食嘅靚炒飯！雖然杯熱奶茶係餐包埋嘅，不過爭咁啲喎，爭啲茶味奶味啦，水吧個位要給力啲啦！

菠蘿、雞粒、飯，粒粒分明，加埋啲鑊氣，擺埋一齊互相配合，恰到好處，成就出一碟食完想再食嘅靚炒飯！

雖然杯熱奶茶係餐包埋嘅，不過爭咁啲喎，爭啲茶味奶味啦，水吧個位要給力啲啦！
