今晚我超期待,因為可以去食日本料理,好興奮啊。今次去到位於K11附近的上岸料理。個門口已經好有日本feel,唔知啲食物又會係點呢?真係想快啲品嘗到,嘻嘻~一入座服務員就好貼心咁奉上熱茶同暖毛巾給我地清潔雙手。等左一陣就上前菜了,唔好睇佢黑黑地成粒牛舌咁,其實係煮吞拿魚。肉質好滑,入口沒想像中嚡恰恰,而且吸晒由師父特製的醬汁和少少蔥調味,味道濃郁香甜,簡直令人食指大動。前菜都咁好食,黎緊一定更好。下一道菜係即開新鮮北海道生蠔。一睇隻蠔就知道新鮮,非常有光澤,閃閃發光,而且又飽滿,加上豆芽菜同辣蘿蔔做裝飾,一紅一綠令到生蠔睇落更好吃。入口好鮮甜好滑,咕一聲就滑到口嚨,海水味唔係好重,加上少少豉油醋作調味,帶出生蠔的味道,真令人回味啊!之後出場就係精緻美味的刺身了,全部共五款刺身都係日本直送的海鮮,加埋楓葉、銀杏做裝飾,真是別有一番風味。首先食眼仁奈,感覺好似食緊油甘魚咁,但味道就較清。入口好有魚肉的鮮甜味,肥美而且好新鮮,少少豉油同芥末就夠了。肉質好有彈性,很有咬口。之後係鯖魚,未入口已經聞到好香鯖魚味,連埋薑同蔥一齊食,更能突顯鯖魚的鮮味。而呢個就係金目鯛,因為它經過火炙的處理,令魚油被

杏仁豆腐食落去有一陣清清淡淡的杏仁味,唔會太濃烈,而且好滑滑。加兩小片奇異果除了令杏仁豆腐視覺上好看外,亦令味道更豐富,呢個甜品值的食。
感受到每道菜都經廚師的用心製作,由選擇食材、烹調及擺盤裝飾都係有心有質素的!
