To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太古城千両食晏晝，有好多午餐set lunch選擇。今次, 揀呢一個set食吉列牛同埋熱烏冬 。不過，失望! 因為除咗個烏冬係和暖溫度之外，其他所有嘅食物都係冷冰冰，完全冇少少餘溫啲天婦羅，應該都係今日製造，但係可惜已經放太耐，入口已經啲油出曬嚟。燒魚，因為唔夠熱，所以有一陣魚腥味。吉列牛更加失望，除了凍，個牛肉餡其實好‘‘散‘‘，食落去散到四圍。
