To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

森美係區內嘅老牌餐廳，我想已有超過十年無來過，今晚再來懷舊一番。餐廳裝潢陳舊是意料之內，不過衛生方面就比我預期差咗少少，尤其係D枱布，有好多漬喎！食物方面，點了一個set。羅宋湯好大碗，起碼有平常的雙倍份量；口感較稀；味道普通，略鹹。主菜黑椒牛柳質素普通，無乜牛肉味；火喉控制OK，可惜因用料質素略遜，肉質都唔算腍。森美有個祕制森美汁，配料有洋葱、蒜蓉、蘑菇等等，係就係幾好食，但索價$20，抵唔抵就真係見仁見智啦！
