To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我系好鐘意食米粉米線嘅人，呢間譚仔同聯和墟果間都經常幫襯...唔知點解，總覺得名都呢間譚仔嘅湯底會更加好d，但今日太失望喇，唔知點解，我叫果個重慶小辣個湯底會咁「清」，以前食開不嬲都系白色濃湯上再加重慶辣湯做湯底，但今日食嘅米線就似白滾水加重慶辣湯底，冇咗「濃」湯喇...我就咗走豬潤，單都系出咗走豬潤，但上到黎都系有豬潤，但冇再叫佢換...（曾經有叫職員換過，但佢哋真系拎返個餐去再擇出豬潤...之後俾返我時...真系有d，仲有之前叫過好～幾次木耳...應該系存放問題，有咁拍青瓜果陣味...叫職員換都系有果陣味...之後職員都唔多耐煩喇，之後店長黎講，唔俾退銀碼，但可以轉兼他...足之轉咗雞翼...）另外今日個套餐中...有2塊雞肉尾度有少少紅色，唔知系有煮熟定系凍傷唔轉色...
