To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友去踩完單車，踩踩下已經不知不覺入左黑，好肚餓又唔想食燒烤咁heavy之際，就係附近入左呢間泰國菜，對上一次食已經係幾年前。呢間係一間幾正宗又幾有feel既泰國菜，啲waiter 會著住五顏六色既衫。我地果晚嗌左4個餸而已，無嗌到飯，但都食得好飽，份量十足。菜好好味，係用豆醬炒，咸咸地，同蝦醬又有少少唔同，有時真係會食到豆。另外，咖哩嗌左綠色既，配雞，本身以為會好辣，又出奇地辣得好好味，用佢再沾上烤薄餅，簡直係一流。
