好嘅意大利菜香港唔多，今日俾我係中環又搵到一間，而且會專做一的牛嘅菜式。餐廳係3樓係舒服嘅裝修，安排咗去間private room，比較容易傾計，之後都係問咗你飲乜嘢再慢慢點菜。Beef Carpaccio 生牛肉薄片生牛肉薄片好多時會混入吞拿魚，佢就混合咗Piedmont 榛子，增加咗口感又有特別香味。Lingua Tonnata慢煮牛舌片牛舌切得好薄好淋，今個菜式就配吞拿魚醬，酸酸地咁Beef Heart , Charcoal Grill炭燒牛心平時好少食得到，牛心都幾爽口，值得一試Charcoal Grill bone Marrow炭燒牛骨髓牛骨髓揸係多士上面食，咸咸香香。餸下酒幾好兩個人唔計酒大約$1600到，中環嚟講算係咁。
