To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時好少入大圍， 一場嚟到當然要搵下好野食啦。 經過見到Amplifier 這間西餐廳有live band 所以吸引了我們入去食晚餐。今次點了二人餐$598。意式柏爾馬火腿蜜瓜賣相可以，味道不過不失。傳統凱撒沙律，蔬菜新鮮，味道正常。龍蝦濃湯，湯底滑身，但龍蝦味不是太出。蒜蓉包，有點硬，但有香蓉蒜蓉味。扒美國豬排，肉質嫩滑，烹調時間剛剛好！龍蝦汁海鮮意大利粉， 意粉彈牙配上青口和蝦肉， 還有濃郁的龍蝦汁，好味！精選甜品拼盤，有心太軟和焦糖燉蛋， 心太軟味道可以，但切開的時候流出的朱古力不是太明顯。 焦糖燉蛋味道一般。場內還有live band有不同的特色啤酒可供客人選擇整體來說，這裏是一個適合與朋友共進晚餐和欣賞音樂的好地方！
