To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過自助餐，朋友吹雞話出來吹水食飯，未試過一於去尋食吓先去到未夠鐘入場但已經在門囗排長龍，到夠鐘就見到一窩蜂入場個個爭分奪秒入單和出動瘋狂取食物，呢間店人手好足，好多待應手腳好快見有好多食物選單俾我哋選擇，外面有好多熟食、甜品、雪糕和飲品俾食客自取，入左單唔使十幾分鐘就有食物送上刺身，好大件好新鮮好正汁煮和牛粒和醬汁燒牛肉，味道味美，牛味唔差炸蝦天婦羅和蝦串燒，蝦肉彈牙爽囗，唔油膩海膽手卷，好多海膽，好creamy燒羊鞍，燒得比較熟，唔夠嫩滑鹽燒雞翼，味道幾好，不過乾身左d壽司，唔夠飽可以試吓，其實唔太差，但未算最好飲品就正，好多選擇，還有啤酒、曰本清酒和梅酒甜品，就唔係我既至愛，冇乜點試，但見都有好多款，至於日本3.6牛乳布甸就一早俾人攞晒雪糕，都有貴價貨，有Haagen-Dazs 、MOVENPICK……每人三佰幾，可以有噤多嘢食，算唔錯
