To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋友同我講佢最鍾意食燒肉同埋打邊爐 , 但竟然未食過觀塘廣場的校長 日韓燒肉放題,太過份, 今日一於捉佢去試試!很喜歡這裏因為餐廳地方非常闊落, 枱與枱之間都有著闊的間距,非常適合 朋友聚餐,地方都算整潔,就算以燒肉作為主打,也不見得黐黐立立。食物基本已經分好每個專區,包括為燒肉而設的烤肉區,豬牛雞應有盡有,而且用上不同醃料適合各.口味,肉類都非常新鮮,烤完配合少少醬料已經好美味。當中亦都不乏出色之選, 包括新加入的香辣豬五花腩肉, 油香十足,香口又容易燒。 同樣容易燒而惹味的多春魚, 還有醃得非常入味的香辣和香草魚柳都非常出色。火鍋區同樣屬於自助形式,出去拿個煲,加入一款自己喜歡的湯底 (今次嘗試的是壽喜燒 ),在火鍋區拿一些配料就可以,湯底相對比較日式,味道清甜,突顯食材的鮮味。熟食區同樣充滿美味驚喜,蔬菜小炒味道都出色, 例如炆牛尾 ,而且不時refill,不過個人最鍾意都是有提供充滿港式的小食,例如茶葉蛋及燒賣等。飲品區都有多款飲品可選擇。甜品區有充滿懷舊色彩的鮮水果冰,有西瓜和菠蘿等選擇, 雪糕雪條同樣選擇十足, 最喜歡藍色的海鹽味,溫和又creamy 。

很喜歡這裏因為餐廳地方非常闊落, 枱與枱之間都有著闊的間距,非常適合 朋友聚餐,地方都算整潔,就算以燒肉作為主打,也不見得黐黐立立。
