To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹嚟呢間，佢見我一入去同老闆娘打招呼🙋🏻‍♀️先知我識老闆娘Mabel。見佢門口都等咗好多人，我地就喺店內等因有冷氣。等咗兩張枱就有位，不過坐門口，朋友話唔怕熱就ok。佢叫咗004紅菜頭廣島蠔配微辣貝殼粉+$15有latte，我就叫002芝士南瓜汁配意式野菌雲吞+$25有Vanilla Latte。等咗15分鐘就有咖啡☕️，我杯Vanilla Latte雲呢拿味冇乜，但街邊飲就好有風味。主菜等咗三十幾分鐘先到，友人次次都係叫紅菜頭，我就每次都轉，意式雲吞正，仲見到隔離鋪貓店長
