To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友好耐冇見，約個飯局，大家都想食日本野，就揀返上次食嘅果間，因為真係高質之餘，又多款式選擇，佢就係"一杯鐵板燒居酒屋" 一坐低見佢有4人餐，簡單d唔想諗，就佢la⭐豚肉沙律沙律大大兜，沙律菜好新鮮，豚肉都唔少，撈埋芝麻醬，好食😋⭐刺身四品擺碟好靚，刺身嘅四圍放左好多伴碟嘅東東，睇落又靚，又食得，咬落又爽口，而刺身有油甘魚、赤蝦、三文魚、鮑魚，刺身全部都好新鮮呀😋⭐海之幸海膽卷8件飯卷入面包住魚生同黃蘿蔔，而個頂就放左海膽同蔥，又靚😍，又好食🤤⭐牛舌2串，免治雞2串牛舌：用左牛舌蕊，好質又好食😋免治雞肉棒：食落有d軟骨，味道好，口感正👍⭐鯛魚野菜石鍋湯落枱嘅時候個湯仲滾緊嫁，魚湯好鮮甜，連d菜食落都好甜，成個湯都好正😋⭐鐵板A4和牛薄燒除左和牛，仲有蘆筍伴碟，同埋跟左個汁點和牛，和牛好嫩，幾乎入口即溶，正呀😍⭐鐵板蟹肉炒飯好大碟，用料好多，好啱我口味，重點係唔會太乾身👍⭐甘味芒果奶凍：奶凍好滑，個面嘅芒果醬唔係死甜，成個甜品食落好舒服，作為一餐嘅ending，好滿足😍⭐善之水特別純米 300ml因為我自己鐘意飲微辛嘅清酒，就揀左li支迫朋友同我飲😂
